'People have right to finish' Brexit, Welsh Lib Dem says

The public has the right to finish the Brexit process through a second referendum, the president of the Welsh Liberal Democrats has said.

Former MP Roger Williams spoke on the last day of the party's conference in Swansea.

He said his party believes there should be a second poll on the outcome of the Brexit negotiations.
