Swansea Bay city deal: 'Best when governments co-operate'
Carwyn Jones has said the signing of a £1.3bn investment deal for Swansea and south west Wales showed it was best when governments co-operate.
Theresa May visited the city to sign the deal on Monday, saying she wanted to make sure the UK worked to deliver prosperity for everyone, not just the "privileged few".
The first minister, who in a newspaper interview accused Mrs May of having a "tin ear" by failing to listen to devolution concerns, said the agreement showed it was better when governments co-operated.
