UK government sees itself as superior, says Jones

First Minister Carwyn Jones says the UK government thinks it is superior and "in a position to tell everyone else what to do".

He spoke after he and the Prime Minister's deputy, Damian Green, met in Cardiff to discuss Brexit.

The two governments are in disagreement over the details of the Brexit bill, which Mr Jones has dubbed a "powergrab".
