Budget 2017: Give us the tools to invest in Wales, Plaid MP says

Plaid Cymru MP Jonathan Edwards was unhappy there was no news of approval for a tidal lagoon in Swansea but announcements of major projects for England in the Budget.

The party's treasury spokesman called on the UK government to "give us the tools" to invest in Wales if their ministers were unwilling to do so.
