Envoy sees 'positive' movements from North Korea
US politician Bill Richardson says his recent visit to North Korea has been positive, and said he saw "little signs" of positive movements by the North Koreans.
Mr. Richardson, was referring to North Korea's decision to refrain from retaliateion to the latest South Korean military exercise.
After arriving in Beijing he told reporters the North Koreans had reiterated their pledge to allow inspectors from the International Energy Atomic Agency to tour their Yongbyon nuclear plant.
