Yemen: Peaceful protest is 'only the beginning'
In a so-called "day of rage", more than 20,000 anti-government protesters have taken to the street of the capital of Yemen, Sanaa.
They are demanding an end to the rule of President Ali Abdullah Saleh, who has been in power for more than three decades.
The protest has been inspired by the popular uprisings in Tunisia and Egypt.
The BBC's Lina Sinjab said that the rally was rather peaceful.
