Can Sepp Blatter keep his position as head of Fifa?

Fifa sponsors Coca-Cola, Adidas and Emirates Airlines have expressed concern at the damage allegations of corruption are causing world football's governing body, despite president Sepp Blatter stating that the organisation is not in crisis.

The Football Association (FA) has called on Fifa to postpone its presidential election scheduled for Wednesday 1 June.

Mr Blatter is the only candidate in the running after the withdrawal of rival Mohamed Bin Hammam.

The former FA Executive Director David Davies told the BBC, "Mr Blatter's whole life is Fifa, and he will not want to go."
