Fifa's Sepp Blatter: 'I am the ship's captain'

Fifa president Sepp Blatter says his organisation is in "troubled waters" and as its "captain" it is his duty to steer the ship back on course.

He was speaking on the second day of the group's annual congress and ahead of a leadership election in which he stands as the only candidate.
