Inside a German hospital dealing with E. coli

The German government believes the worst of the E. coli outbreak may be over.

The health minister said warnings not to eat salad vegetables would not be cancelled yet, but the number of new cases was dropping.

That's welcome news for hospitals at the epicentre in Hamburg which have been overwhelmed by the outbreak.
