IAEA latest on Iran nuclear plans

Iran could face new sanctions from the United States if its fails to deal with the latest concerns about its atomic programme.

The Americans were responding to a new report by the UN's nuclear watchdog, the IAEA, which accused Iran of carrying out activities which could lead to the development of a nuclear device.

The Iranian government says its nuclear programme is designed purely for peaceful purposes.
