David Cameron vetoes EU treaty change

David Cameron has vetoed a change to the EU treaty designed to resolve the Eurozone debt crisis, saying it would not protect Britain's interests.

The 17 states that use the single currency, along with at least six other countries, will now sign their own deal, without Britain.
