Pressure on Syria to allow aid to trapped civilians

There is further international pressure on Syria to call a ceasefire and allow aid to reach people trapped by months of fighting.

Speaking ahead of an international conference on the violence, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Syria was a nation on the brink of chaos.

A British photographer, injured in attacks on Wednesday is still trapped there and sent a video message asking for help.
