Toulouse shooting: Gunman fired at 'point blank range'
The gunman who killed four people including three children at a Jewish school in Toulouse, shot at point blank range, according to a journalist there.
Chris Bockman said police clearly thought the killer, who was riding a scooter, was the same person who carried out two other shootings recently.
A paratrooper out of uniform was shot dead in a residential area of the city just over a week ago, while two soldiers were killed and a third wounded as they used a cash point in the town of Montauban, some 29 miles (46km) away, on Thursday.
In this shooting, the gunman "shot at everything he could see, children and adults, and some children were chased into the school," according to local prosecutor Michel Valet.
