Ancient Chinese fishing festival reels in record catch

The annual winter fishing festival has begun on Lake Chagan in China's Jilin Province.

Local fishermen took part in an ancient ritual to ensure a good seasons' catch before auctioning off the heaviest fish caught on the day to raise a record amount of money to help protect the local ecosystem.
