Delays in Chavez recuperation process means inauguration to be postponed
The president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, will not be able to attend his inauguration, due on 10th January, for a new term in office.
The president of the National Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, made the announcement, explaining that ''in line with the recommendation of the medical team overseeing his care'' Chavez would not be able to attend the event.
