'Psychedelic' tulips on show in the Netherlands

Europe has been experiencing a rather inconvenient Spring frost, which has meant many of the flowers you'd normally see at this time of year have yet to blossom.

Despite being affected by the unusually cold weather, the self-proclaimed 'most beautiful Spring garden in the world' has just opened in the Netherlands.

The BBC's Anna Holligan went along to get some lessons on how to grow the perfect tulip.
