Women and leadership: Striking the right balance

In her new book, Lean In, Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook, urges women to be more assertive and not compromise on their careers because they plan to have a family at some stage.

The book assesses why there is a lack of female representation in government, business and non-profit leadership positions.
