The UN has restarted its aid mission in the besieged rebel-held old city of Homs after hours of talks aimed at keeping a truce between warring parties.

The BBC's Lyse Doucet reports from the edge of the city as preparations are made to collect those who have been unable to leave for the last 18 months.
