Ukraine crisis: Tension remains high in Crimea

Tension remains high in Crimea, where Russia has been continuing to build up its forces despite the US urging Moscow to call its soldiers back to their bases.

Meanwhile, Ukraine has begun to call up military reservists and acting President Olexander Turchynov has ordered increased security at key sites, including nuclear plants.
