Britain's Paul Bonhomme wins Red Bull Air Race

British pilot Paul Bonhomme has won the first ever Red Bull Air Race to take place in Japan, in front of 60,000 spectators.

The event, which was the 60th since the sport was established, saw Australian Matt Hall finish in second place, with Germany's Matthias Dolderer third.

The race series began in 2003, and sees competitors navigate an obstacle course in the fastest time.
