Macedonia: Migrants' dangerous journey through Europe on foot

An increasing number of migrants are trying to get to Northern and Western Europe via the Balkans.

Macedonia is one of the transit countries they travel through on their overland journey.

International groups say that migrants travelling through Macedonia are often attacked by trafficking gangs and experience beatings, allegedly by the police.
