Syria conflict: Civilians starve as bombs fall

Despite an international agreement being reached to cease some of the hostilities in Syria, Russia have said they will continue their bombing campaign of terrorist targets.

Meanwhile, the so-called Islamic State have told the BBC they will not put down their weapons.

This comes after the UN has said aid deliveries to some besieged areas in Syria could begin within the next 24 hours.
