Kazakhstan holds 'predictable' elections

Parliamentary elections are being held in Kazakhstan. Almost 100 MPs will be elected from party lists in one nationwide constituency.

The country has one of the most predictable elections in the world, yet turnout is always very high. So what drives people there to go and vote?
