Palmyra concert: Celebration of liberation or Putin propaganda?

A concert by a Russian orchestra took place in the ruins of Palmyra in Syria, which were only recaptured from the so-called Islamic State (IS) in March.

It was billed as a celebration of liberation for the historic site, but some are suggesting it was a vehicle of propaganda for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
