Brazil's black African heritage kept alive through music

Outside of Nigeria, Brazil is the home to the largest black population in the world.

Most of them are descendants of slaves brought to work on the cane plantations that were run by European immigrants.

They have managed to keep the stories of their homeland alive through music, as Peter Okwoche reports.
