'Constitutional rights belong only to US residents'

President Trump has suffered another setback to his immigration policy after a federal Appeal Court in the United States refused to reinstate his ban on travellers from seven mainly Muslim countries.

Betsy McCaughey, an adviser in President Trump's transition team tells the Today programme that constitutional rights "belong only to the people who reside in the United Sates".
