Philadelphia: Protests erupt after black man shot by police

There were car fires in Philadelphia as demonstrations broke out following the death of Walter Wallace, who police claim had a knife when they opened fire.

The 27-year-old was shot on Monday afternoon when two officers responded to reports of a person with a weapon.

Hundreds took to the streets in protest against the shooting.
