Ukraine: Putin 'massively misjudged' Ukraine invasion - GCHQ
In a rare speech Jeremy Fleming, the head of the UK's Intelligence, Cyber and Security Agency, GCHQ, said Russia's President Vladimir Putin had "massively misjudged the situation" in Ukraine.
Speaking in Australia, he said Russian troops had sabotaged their own equipment and accidentally shot down their own aircraft.
