Archbishop of York emotional over Church of England LGBTQI+ apology
Bishops in the Church of England have apologised to LGBTQI+ people for excluding them.
Earlier, the Church of England said it would offer blessings to gay couples but would not allow priests to marry them.
The Archbishop of York Stephen Cottrell says he will offer prayers which he believes puts the church in a "better place".
He held back tears as he said he knew it wasn't enough for some.
