Madagascar doctor: "Children can't access the help they need"

A political crisis in Madagascar is devastating the economy, with children pulled out of school, hospitals struggling and factories closing.

Over half of Madagascar's children are malnourished.

Dr Ranivomiarana Hanta Lalao at the the Befelatanana Hospital in the capital Antananarivo explains how parents could not afford to pay for medicines, and the unit had no milk supplies left.
