Neighbours to take steps over Ivory Coast election

Ivory Coast's neighbours in West Africa are to decide by Tuesday on their next steps in dealing with the country's political standoff.

Incumbent President Laurent Gbagbo is widely regarded as having lost November's presidential election, but he is refusing to step down.
