Troops deployed as fresh clashes break out in Tunisia

Tunisia's government has deployed troops in the capital, Tunis, following fresh protests over unemployment and social inequality.

The government has said 21 people have been killed in the recent unrest, though union and health officials have said the toll may be at least 50.
