Troops deployed as unrest flares again in Tunisia

Troops are on the streets of the Tunisian capital after a curfew was enforced overnight.

Officials say 23 people have died since the unrest began late last year - but human rights groups say the toll is much higher.

The BBC's correspondent, Adam Mynott, is in Tunis. He explained the background to the protests.
