Libyan minister urges foreign leaders to be 'peacemakers'
The Libyan Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Kaim, has called on those attending a conference in London designed to map out a future for Libya, to act as "peacemakers, not warmongers".
Foreign ministers from more than 35 countries will attend the conference.
The role of coalition military action has been accused of exceeding the UN mandate by helping the rebels, but Nato has insisted that it is seeking only to protect civilians.
