Libyan rebels outline their plans to attack Tripoli

In Libya, rebel commanders in the west of the country say they're waiting for an uprising in the capital Tripoli before making a final attack on the city.

Nato has again defended its operation after a meeting with Russian officials failed to resolve disagreements over the military intervention.
