Africa drought 'humanitarian disaster'

The UN's high commissioner for refugees has described the drought in East Africa as the "worst humanitarian disaster" in the world.

Antonio Guterres wants international aid agencies to go into Somalia to help those affected.

The BBC's Clive Myrie reports from the overcrowded Dadaab refugee camp in north-eastern Kenya where 360,000 people are already being assisted.
