Somali refugees stream into Kenya to escape starvation
As the drought in the Horn of Africa worsens, a leading American aid official has said he hopes a way can be found quickly to deliver aid to stricken Somalis.
Speaking after visiting refugee camps in Ethiopia, USAID's Donald Steinberg said death rates seen during the crisis had been staggering.
