Libya uprising: Transitional leaders watching closely

As the fight for Tripoli, and the rest of Libya, continues, Libyans outside the country are thinking about who might be leader after 42 years of rule by Colonel Gaddafi.

The National Transitional Council, watching the situation in Libya closely from outside the country, already has plans for a new constitution and elections within a year.

It hopes to send officials to Tripoli on Wednesday to begin the process of setting up a new government as soon as possible.
