Sarkozy: NTC should seek 'reconciliation' in new Libya

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has urged representatives of Libya's National Transitional Council to engage in a reconciliation process based on forgiveness.

Mr Sarkozy was speaking at the end of a day long conference in Paris in which representatives from more than 60 countries gathered to discuss the future of a post Gaddafi Libya and said there could be no future in Libya without "forgiveness and reconciliation".
