Zambia: electoral papers burned

Voting has been taking place amid high security in one of Zambia's most closely-contested elections.

In the capital, Lusaka, angry voters set fire to election materials when a polling station failed to open on time.

A number of vehicles were damaged and at least four people were arrested.

But overall, observers say the vote went relatively smoothly.
