Libya celebrates life after Gaddafi

The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said Col Gaddafi's death marks the end of a dark chapter in Libya's history, but also opens up new possibilities.

Senior Nato commanders have gathered in Brussels, to discuss ending their bombing campaign. Nato chief Anders Fogh Rasmussen has hailed the end of what he called Gaddafi's "rule of fear".
