Libyan elections in eight months says Jibril

The first elections since Col Gaddafi's downfall are to be held in Libya within eight months according to the country's acting Prime Minister, Mahmoud Jibril.

The former dictator was killed after he was found hiding in his home town of Sirte on Thursday. The UN has called for a full investigation into his death.
