UN head Ban Ki-moon visits war ravaged Mogadishu

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has been visiting the war-ravaged capital of Somalia.

He declared this a moment of fresh opportunities, announcing that the UN's Somalia office would relocate to Mogadishu early in the New Year after recent security gains by African peacekeepers.
