Nato 'failures' over Libya civilian air strike deaths

More than 50 civilians were killed during Nato's bombing campaign in Libya last year, according to a critical report by Amnesty International.

The human rights group also claims that the alliance failed to properly investigate the deaths, as Wyre Davies reports.
