Should Saif Gaddafi be tried in Libya?

Libya has asked the International Criminal Court to abandon its legal action against Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, so he can be tried in Tripoli.

But would he get a fair trial on home soil? And should this be permitted when he could face the death penalty?

The BBC has been speaking to the ICC's chief prosecutor, Luis Moreno Ocampo, to find out his views on the subject.
