Man walks up Mount Kilimanjaro on his hands

An American man, with no legs, has reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro by walking to the top on his hands.

Spencer West lost both his legs due to a genetic disorder when he was five.

His climb up Africa's tallest mountain has raised more than half a million dollars for charity.
