African Dream: Ghana's Grace Amey-Obeng

As part of the BBC's second African Dream series, Grace Amey-Obeng explains how, after completing beauty therapy studies in the UK 25 years ago, she identified a niche in the Ghanaian market for beauty products, clinics and training colleges.

She is now queen of a beauty empire with an annual turnover of up to 19m Ghanaian cedi ($10m; £6.3m).
