Oscar Pistorius in court: Reeva Steenkamp shot three times

Oscar Pistorius has appeared in court for a second time charged with the premeditated murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.

The court in South Africa heard that the 29-year-old model had been shot three times after the door to the bathroom had been broken open from the outside.
