Oscar Pistorius: 'Loud cheers' when bail granted

Loud cheers broke out in court when bail was granted to Oscar Pistorius, according to the BBC's Nomsa Maseko.

The delivery of the decision in Pretoria, South Africa, took two hours, which the reporter said was was very unusual.

Paralympic sprinter Oscar Pistorius denies murder, saying he shot Reeva Steenkamp thinking she was an intruder at his home.

The next hearing in the case has been set for 4 June, and bail conditions include a ban on leaving town.
