Cyclists encourage Cairo residents to get on their bikes

Egypt has one of the highest traffic death rates in the world, but that is not putting off one group of cyclists who want bikes to be as common on the streets of Cairo as cars and motorbikes.

They are braving the congested roads on two wheels and trying to convince more people to do the same.
